iRest Yoga Nidra

iRest Yoga Nidra is an evidence-based ancient attentional training, and mindfulness-based,  practice of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry. It releases negative emotion and thought patterns, calms the nervous system, and develops an inner sanctuary of well-being and equanimity that underlies all circumstances that you encounter in your life.

Research has shown iRest effectively reduces Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, and chemical dependancy, as well as increases wel-being.
